Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old. If you use the App on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Posts, chat messages, reviews, and profile details you submit ("User Content") remain yours. By submitting them, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the App. You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, infringing, or misleading.

Recommendations, itineraries, and local tips are produced using AI and third-party data (Google Places, partner feeds). They are provided for inspiration and planning — not as professional travel, legal, medical, or financial advice. Always verify entry requirements, opening hours, prices, and safety information before traveling.

The App links to partners such as Airalo, GetYourGuide, booking sites, and map providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies — we're not responsible for their content, availability, or transactions you make with them.

Don't reverse-engineer the App, scrape content at scale, interfere with other users, or use the App to send spam or malware. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of the App is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
