The Bali Secret helps you plan and explore Bali with AI-personalized itineraries, curated spots, and community tips. Sign up with email or Apple, answer a short vibe quiz, and your first recommendations are ready in under a minute.

Make sure you've completed the onboarding quiz (vibe, interests, travel group). Home content is personalized from those answers. If your area is wrong, open Profile → Preferences to change it.

If email sign-in fails, tap Forgot password? on the login screen to get a reset link. Apple sign-in requires iOS 13+. If Google sign-in isn't offered yet on your build, use email or Apple — Google is rolling out.

Bookmarks are stored on-device, while saved itineraries sync to your account. If you reinstall the app, itineraries come back after you sign in; bookmarks need to be re-saved.

Check iOS/Android system settings → Notifications → The Bali Secret and confirm they're enabled. Inside the app, Profile → Preferences → Notifications lets you toggle each category individually.

Itineraries are built by an AI model using your quiz answers, your chosen vibe, and the duration/islands you pick. Results are hints, not bookings — always double-check opening hours, prices, and entry requirements before you go.

Email contact@thebalisecret.app from the address tied to your account with the subject "Delete my account". Your profile, itineraries, and push tokens are removed within 7 days.

Write to contact@thebalisecret.app and include your app version (Profile → bottom of screen) and your device model.
